Our client came to us with a beach side bungalow in Venice, offering a great space for a clash of vintage meets modern, in other words, a designers playground. As a company that loves an open floor plan and quirky art, Venice was the perfect place to add a splash of color to some neutral furnishings.
The mid-century credenza partnered with the vintage Moroccan Beni Ourain rug gives the room an earthy undertone that partners well with the Venice beach vibe.
We furnished the listening corner with an arc lamp and a cowhide rug to add an organic meets modern shape to the mix. Complete with a textile throw pillow, you could be enjoying the turntable or reading a book, either way you will be more than comfortable.
Going to sleep in the master bedroom, your eyes and senses are pleased with an abundance of soft neutrals. We put a wooden lounge chair in the corner that is drenched in natural light, greeting you for your morning coffee.
